At Firestarter, we believe that sharing the risk and reward makes it easier for employers to make the right recruitment decisions. Therefore, not only will we help you find and keep the best people, but we will also structure a payment plan over three months that spreads the cost.

To give extra peace of mind we will replace people free of charge if they don’t work out within the first 3 months. Our goal is to work with you as ‘partners’, focusing on developing your business and employees as you grow.

So, for example if we recruit a sales manager with a basic salary of £40,000 p/a, instead of paying a one-off fee of £8,000 as per the standard agency recruitment model, we would charge £2,666.66 per month over a three month period, helping you to spread the recruitment cost and reduce your risk.
